My hope is that together our goal can change lives through our ability to create beauty, comfort and fit in an atmosphere of gentle caring.

• One of my areas of expertise is to work closely with team and patients to create long lasting relationships in a trusting environment. Discovering what patients want and establishing value takes skill and knowledge. Achieving these results takes specific verbal skills that are shared, learned and adapted throughout your office.
• I teach teams to emulate and become extensions of you. My job is to create ambassadors through your team for you and your associates. When everyone is focused, your patients become missionaries for your dynamic practice.
• Together we incorporate all our experiences and areas of expertise to create a highly productive and efficient dental practice.
• When we begin our quest together you can expect increases immediately. Most offices have increased at least approximately 50% with out changing fees or increasing workdays.
• I visit onsite in your practice for a set number of days each month.  I coordinate my visits with your schedule.
